Refund policy

30 day returns on unused items.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

We cover shipping on your replacement item.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to make it right.

Non Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
